Enrolment and admission to courses

Admission requirements

In order to be admitted to a course, one must have the official degree cited in each activity, presenting the accrediting documentation.

Pre-enrolment and admission

The pre-enrolment period will close 30 days before the start of the course. Where indicated, on pre-enrolling, 20% of the registration fee must be paid. The pre-enrolment application must be done online at the ICO website; pre-enrolments will not be accepted over the phone.

To pre-enrol, fill out and send the pre-enrolment form attached to the description of each activity.

For master's and postgraduate degree courses, a cover letter and CV will be requested. Students will be selected based on the degree to which they meet the necessary requirements.

Secretary's Office of ICO Teaching will send each student a letter with the outcome.

Registration

To register, the following must be submitted to the Teaching and Training Unit in person or by post:

Students with degrees issued in Spain or from EU countries
Registration form
Photocopy of their national ID document or passport
Spanish passport-sized photo (x2)
Certified copy of their university degree
Photocopy of the bank transfer slip

Students with officially recognised foreign degrees
Registration form
Photocopy of their passport
Spanish passport-sized photo (x2)
Certified copy of their university degree
Document accrediting official recognition
Photocopy of the bank transfer slip

Students with foreign degrees that have not been officially recognised
Registration form
Photocopy of their passport
Spanish passport-sized photo (x2)
Application requesting that registration be authorised
Certified copy (legalised and translated) of the university degree or subjects taken
Photocopy of the bank transfer slip


Form of payment

By bank transfer to the ICOBBVA 0182-6035-48-0201509322, indicating the name of the student and course. Transfer fees will be charged to the student.

In order to attend the courses, all documentation must be submitted, along with bank payment slip. Those who have not paid the registration fee in full before the start of the course will be considered to have withdrawn from it.

ICO Teaching reserves the right to amend these rules or data should the nature of the course so require.
